Lily had a teddy bear named Max. She loved Max very much. She took him everywhere: to the park, to school, and even to bed. One day, Lily went to the park with her mother. She played on the swings, ran on the grass, and laughed a lot. When it was time to go home, Lily looked around and suddenly said, “Mom… where is Max?” Her mother looked too, but they couldn’t find him. Lily felt very sad. “I lost Max,” she said with tears in her eyes. That night, she couldn’t sleep well. The next morning, Lily and her mother went back to the park. They looked near the swings, under the bench, and around the trees. Then, a small boy came running. “Are you looking for this?” he asked. It was Max! Lily’s eyes became bright. “Yes! That’s my teddy bear!” The boy smiled. “I found him yesterday. I wanted to return him.” Lily hugged Max tightly. “Thank you so much!” From that day, Lily was more careful. And every night, she made sure Max was safe next to her.
